A 30 day no questions asked, full money back guarantee is available on all hosting services, from the start date of any hosting plan purchased.
If you have elected to pay for your hosting monthly, you will be required to notify us 2 days before your next payment is due. This means notification is required on or before day 28 to cancel the hosting services and to receive your refund.
Refunds are not available for Domain Names or any product that you legally own (and have ownership of)
Domain Names are purchased by you, and/or in your name and are your property. WebsitesWebhost.com is an agent for the domain registry. Domains are registered for the minimum period of one year.
If you purchase a hosting plan with a free domain name included, you will own this domain name even if you decide to cancel your hosting.
Refunds for hosting plans with a free domain name included will be refunded as: The cost of the domain name and any other related services to the domain name (eg: privacy protection on your domain name) deducted from the hosting cost as: total cost minus domain minus privacy protection = the amount refunded.
N.B. All domains are "leased" and are never owned by any person/business/entity. For the purposes of domain name ownership, all domains purchased are leased to you for your exclusive use.
Domain names may be transfered but cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You have the legal right to a refund if the product or service you have paid for is:

Under these conditions you must first contact the supplier (this would be websiteswebhost.com) to provide information about the issues and the supplier/provider must be given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
The supplier has the right to choose to:
a) Repair
b) Replace
c) Refund
Your payment processor may have a longer period available for claiming a refund. For example, if you make your payment by paypal, paypal has a 180 day refund policy that covers refund laws (not as described, not fit for purpose, doesnt work). If your payment has been made using your bank debit card or credit card, each bank will have its own terms that you will need to check at your bank.
Note well that refunds are not available for change of mind. You will be required to show there are grounds under the law for a refund.

We are required by law to cancel any and all services deemed to be illegal, including cancelling domain names, hosting services and the full deletion of all content for illegal sites and activities. These can include, but are not limited to, selling counterfeit items, creating a website to mimick another site in an attempt to defraud or scam, phishing sites or any other illegal activity. Note that these are set out as not permitted in our terms of service.
Breach of Terms Of Service - All users of WebsitesWebhost.com must read and agree with our Terms Of Service before you are able to purchase any products or services. Breaching the Terms Of Service is grounds for cancellation and refunds will not be given.
Damages or issues that are caused by you or any other persons - WebsitesWebhost.com is not responsible for any damages caused by users. We are responsible for the supply of fully working and maintained hosting services only.
Any part of your actual website - WebsitesWebhost.com is a supplier of hosting services. Any website and/or scripts are installed by you inside that hosting area. We do not supply support, or refunds for, any part of your website or files you install in your hosting.
Refunds on Web Services
Web Services include any work done by WebsitesWebhost.com experts for: webdevelopment, webdesign, website building, logo making, script installs, plugin development, and etc.
For each of these services you will be provided an agreement prior to ordering that outlines what work will be done, and the time for completion. After the work is delivered you will be given seven days to inspect/check the work. If you discover any issues or need any changes made you need to message us before the 7 days.
Each work ordered is different, and you will also be provided an agreed length of time as a warranty, for example, a warranty on a logo image may only be 7 days, and the warranty on a wordpress plugin may be 12 months. A warranty is a guarantee of work done for that period of time. You are covered for a refund for any service inside the agreed warranty period.
